MANAGE CARS
Every logged sighting. Governor-only — edit, delete, or de-duplicate directly (with provenance). Contributor corrections still go through review.
Access required
You need governor access to manage cars.
Admin / data-quality surface. Destructive actions are immediate and audited. Deleting a sighting also deletes its photo if no other sighting uses it.
